Samantha leads the planning and execution of all promotional and office events while managing client outreach efforts that enhance relationships and strengthen the overall client experience.
In addition to her marketing responsibilities, she supports daily operations through appointment scheduling, preparation for client reviews, and assistance with client technology, including online access. Her attention to detail and strong organizational skills help create a seamless and welcoming experience for every client interaction.
Samantha is passionate about creating meaningful connections and delivering a high level of care that reflects Heartland’s dedication to its clients. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Jonathan, and their three children.
